**New for 2024. Horse Club will be 6 weekly sessions. During the 6 weeks we will work towards competing a Horsemanship Level.
Have a child who wants to ride and learn more about horses? Sign them up for Horse Club. Kids ages 8 and up will be picked up and dropped off at the Rustad Rec Center in West Fargo and bused to the ranch once a week for 6 weeks. You can also bring your child directly to the Ranch.
Each week the kids will have the opportunity to learn how to communicate with a horse both on the ground and in the saddle. They will also take part in a horse related lesson. The kids will be working towards passing the different Horsemanship Levels. After passing a level they will receive a Rosette Ribbon. Snacks and water will be provided during horse club and on the bus ride back to West Fargo. On the 6th week the kids will be demonstrating their riding for family.
The bus will pick up your child(ren) at Rustad Rec. Center, West Fargo and leave for the Ranch at 8:30 AM. Horse Club is from 9:00 AM - Noon each week. After Horse Club we wrangle them back up and bus them back to Rustad Rec. Center, West Fargo. We will have them back around 12:30 PM, to have your child(ren) tell you all about their exciting afternoon.
