*NEW* for 2024. The first Mock Show Class is going to be held this spring. Kids will learn skills on how to prepare for a show and then on the last day they will participate in a show at the Ranch. The class will have 8 practices and 1 show day.
Sunday Practice Dates: March 17,24, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5 12
Sunday Show Day: Sunday, May 19
Riders will participate in 3 different types of classes:
1. A rail class which will focus on the rider.
2. A pattern class where riders will learn a pattern to ride.
3. A fun class.
In hand class participants will participate in one or more of the following:
1. Showmanship using the Clydesdales
2. Showmanship using the ponies/minis
3. Obstacle course using the Clydesdales/ponies/minis
The Spring Mock Show Class is going to be offered for those kids who participated in riding lessons over the fall and winter. We are planning to offer another Mock Show Class in the fall.
