Fall Horse Club is a 6-week riding program designed to follow our Horsemanship Levels. During the 6 weeks, the riders will be working on the skills needed to pass their current Horsemanship level. After completion of each level, the riders receive a rosette ribbon. Family and friends are welcome to watch the last day's lesson.
NEW - Due to the horses having a max weight, they can carry comfortably. Please register your child under their weight range. A lighter child can register under a heavier weight range.
Horsemanship Level 1 - Each rider will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse learning horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. Riders will work on having control of their horses at the walk in this level. These skills will promote the growth of leadership, respect and bonding with their horse. Snacks and water provided.
Horsemanship Level 2 - Riders will continue their horsemanship journey, learning to trot independently under saddle. They must have passed Horsemanship Level 1 to attend Level 2. Each rider will be assigned a horse to take care of. They will spend time with their assigned horse continuing their horsemanship skills both on the ground and under saddle. These skills will promote the growth of leadership, respect, and bonding with their horse. Snacks and water provided.
Horsemanship Level 3 - Riders will continue to expand their horsemanship journey. Riders must have passed Horsemanship Level 2 to attend Level 3. Snacks and water provided.
Horsemanship Level 4 - Riders will grow in their horsemanship journey. Snacks and water provided.
Horsemanship Level 5 - Riders will continue to grow in their horsemanship journey. Riders must have passed Horsemanship Levels 1 - 4 to attend Level 5. Snacks and water provided.
Horsemanship Level 6 - Riders will grow in their horsemanship journey. Riders must have passed Horsemanship Levels 1 - 5 to attend Level 6. Snacks and water provided.
The Rusty K bus will pick up and drop off at the Rustad Rec Center. The bus will leave for the Ranch at 4:00 and return at 7:00. Please indicate on the registration form if your child will be riding the bus.
